Delete Your Account Delete Your Account Delete Your Account
You can delete your What Now account and everything associated with it at any time. Here's how.
An account is optional in What Now — it exists only so your progress is saved between visits. If you created one and would like it removed, you have two options.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
- Open What Now and sign in
- Go to Profile (or Settings)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
This takes effect immediately. No email required, and you don't need to contact us.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you've already removed the app, can't sign in, or would simply rather we handle it,
email us:
ashinn@graceathens.com — subject line
“Delete My Account”
Send it from the email address associated with your account, or tell us which address to look for. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, including your name and email address
- Any notes you've written
- Your saved stage and episode progress
Deletion is permanent. We can't restore an account or its progress once it's gone, so if you'd like to keep a record of your notes, save them somewhere first.
Removing only some of your information
You don't have to delete your whole account to have information removed. If you sent us a message or prayer request and would like it deleted while keeping your account, email ashinn@graceathens.com and tell us what to remove.
Using What Now without an account
Every video and devotional is available without signing in. Deleting your account doesn't cut off your access to any content — you'll simply start fresh next time, without saved progress.
